Добрый день. Зарождающаяся огромная свалка по адресу пр. Ген. Острякова, 15 (прямо за зданием ДОСААФ), если зайти за “Севтелеком” – между 13-а домом и 15 домом. Сначала там был строительный простой забор, но его ветром в этом году начало сдувать, а кто-то совсем его разломал. И теперь туда сваливают все и всё, включая обычный пищевой мусор. Летом там будет полный кошмар – если начнут разводиться тараканы и крысы, сейчас уже оттуда вонища когда мимо проходишь…Непонятно чей это участок? Что делать?
