Японский город Камикацу: 80% переработки мусора, отсутствие мусоросжигательного завода и новая пивоварня
Город Камикацу в Префектуре Токушима – достаточно известен. Но уже не только своими рисовыми террасами, которые являются памятником культуры, но и практически внедренным принципом «Ноль отходов».
По японским меркам Камикацу не повезло – им не построили мусоросжигательный завод. Горожанам пришлось «выкручиваться». Разделяя свой мусор на 34 категории, они уже перерабатывают больше 80 % своих отходов.
Но речь сейчас пойдет не о всем городе, а только об одном из городских производств: пивоварне Rise & Win Brewery.
Будучи новым бизнесом для города, пивоварня строилась почти с нуля. Для этого пришлось снести один из местных торговых центров. Но! После того как постройки снесли, все материалы пошли на строительство нового здания пивоварни. А для восполнения недостатков строительных материалов, в качестве поставщика выбрали городскую свалку!
Но если вы думаете, что ноль отходов на этом закончился, то ошибаетесь. Внедрен он и в процесс варки пива. В Камикацу есть производство соков из местных цитрусовых. Пивоварня забирает себе жмых, который добавляет в один из видов пива для придания ему аромата сорта “Leven White”.
А собственные органические отходы пивоварни отдаются местным фермерам для использования в качестве удобрения при выращивании пшеницы, которую пивоварня закупает для производства пива.
Круг, таким образом, замкнулся.
