Однако огромная свалка издает неприятный запах мешает заезжать машинам во двор. Дом сдан в эксплуатацию уже больше года назад и почти полностью заселён жильцами, среди которых много семей с детьми, а также беременные женщины. Жильцы ежемесячно исправно оплачивают коммунальные услуги и со стороны Горстроя никаких претензий по неуплате не поступало.”
