Асфальтобетонный завод в Инкермане загрязняет атмосферу
Прокуратурой г. Севастополя было возбуждено уголовное дело об административных правонарушениях за несоблюдение законодательства об охране атмосферного воздуха и обращении с отходами.
Межрайонная природоохранная прокуратура Севастополя со специалистами Севприроднадзора и Роспотребнадзора провела проверку исполнения законодательства об охране атмосферного воздуха при эксплуатации асфальто-бетонного завода в Инкермане по улице Чернореченской, 133.
В процессе проверки установлены нарушения требований законов РФ.
На территории завода обнаружено двенадцать источников загрязнения атмосферного воздуха, осуществляющих выбросы при отсутствии проекта предельно допустимых выбросов и разрешения на выброс загрязняющих веществ.
Помимо этого, выявлен факт незаконного сжигания и складирования отходов асфальта, резины и шлама, а также розлив нефтепродуктов.
Севастопольским межрайонным природоохранным прокурором в отношении предприятия и его директора возбуждено уголовное дело об административных правонарушениях по статье «несоблюдение экологических и санитарно-эпидемиологических требований при обращении с отходами производства и нарушение правил охраны атмосферного воздуха».
Материалы направлены в Главное управление природных ресурсов и экологии г.Севастополя для рассмотрения по существу.
