О мусоре новогоднем.
Какой бюджет вашего новогоднего стола? Кто-то укладывается в демократичные 100-200 гривен (что, конечно, на грани фантастики), а кому-то и той же сумму в долларах не хватает.
А считали ли вы когда-нибудь, сколько из тех продуктов, которые вы готовите к праздничному застолью, отправляется в мусорное ведро 2-го или 3-го января?
Опять же, самые находчивые и экономные, наверное, “уничтожают” всё под чистую. Но есть взять более глобально…
В общем, как показали проведённые исследования, в этом году после празднования Нового года городское население Украины выбросит приблизительно 13% закупленных продуктов, что равносильно сумме в 956 миллионов гривен.
Самый дорогой и самый популярный кандидат на путёвку в мусорное ведро, как ни странно, мясо. Несмотря на совсем не низкие цены (особенно в канун праздника) на мясную продукцию, 30 и 31 декабря большинство украинцев закупают её в таких количествах, что съесть просто не успевают.
Следующий кандидат “на выброс” – овощи. Причины те же, что и с мясом, только цены несколько разные.
Между тем, 956 миллион гривен, которые отправятся на помойку – это почти 6 тысяч тонн колбасы или 33 миллиона бутылок шампанского.
А ещё за эти деньги можно закрыть львиную часть долгов коммунальных служб, купить несколько новых мусоровозов и пару десятков урн. Но это просто мысли вслух 
В общем, друзья, планируя свой новогодний стол, оценивайте ситуацию здраво, чтобы ваши “кровные” не ушли на свалку. А если уж и перестараетесь с праздничными запасами – выкидывайте их куда положено, а не куда попало

Ну или как вариант – поголодайте в новогоднюю ночь, а первого января пройдитесь по друзьям, чтобы помочь снизить количество продуктов, которым уготована судьба стать мусором
