Прошли первые слушания по городскому бюджету.
Вчера, 23 января, в Севастопольском городском совете прошли однодневные слушания по городскому бюджету на 2014 год.
Как мы уже сообщали вчера, по сравнению с прошлым годом бюджет увеличился с 1 млрд. 935 млн. до 2 млрд. 46 млн. гривен.
Также в начале года президент страны сообщил, что важно прозрачное принятие бюджетов регионов, которые должны быть направлены на социально — экономическое развитие и развитие инфраструктуры. А также отметил, что главным критерием является улучшение социальных условий и качества жизни населения Украины.
Ирина Нестерова, начальник финансового управления городской администрации, прокомментировала прошедшие однодневные слушания севастопольскому изданию ForPost. Бюджет 2014-го года она охарактеризовала как “не ухудшающий объем тех услуг, которые предоставляются в городе Севастополе” . Об улучшении, увы, речи тоже не шло. Самым большим источником наполнения бюджета всё так же остаются доходы физических лиц. То есть, состояние бюджета напрямую зависит от самих севастопольцев.
Среди новшеств в финансовой программе на этот на 2014й: ремонт конструктивных элементов и всего жилья в целом, систем водо- и теплоснабжения, а также обеспечение завтраками 5-11 классы общеобразовательных школ.
А вот мусору внимания вновь не уделили. Будем надеяться, что наведение чистоты в Севастополе и приведение контейнерных площадок в надлежащее состояние входит в программу улучшениея социальных условий и качества жизни населения.
