Интересный случай произошёл в селе Евлантьевка Седельниковского района Омской области. Завязка у истории более чем прозаичная: в конце 2013 года 30-летний кочегар на пике эмоций обругал в нецензурной форме свою собеседницу. Судя по всему, обругал очень крепко: женщину это задело настолько, что она решила разбираться с обидчиком в суде.
Ну а дальше события уже стали развиваться необычно: мировой судья дело рассмотрел и кочегара признал виновным в совершении административного правонарушения по статье «Оскорбление». И в качестве наказания назначил штраф в размере 1 100 рублей.
Вину свою житель села Евлантьевка признал полностью, но штраф платить отказался: у сельских кочегаров денег таких не водится. В итоге, за уклонение от исполнения административного наказания эмоциональному мужчине было назначено наказание в виде 20 часов обязательных общественных работ.
Теперь нарушитель общественного порядка в свободное от работы время будет очищать улицы Евлантьевки от снега и мусора. Под пристальным наблюдением судебных приставов. Ругаться кочегар может и не перестанет, но мусорить определённо будет меньше.
Хорошо бы было ввести подобную практику и в Севастополе.
