В г. Брянске разрабатывают модифицированный дорожный битум
Совместно с ОАО «Газпромнефть» завод «Метаклэй», который неходится в к. Карачеве Брянской области, заканчивает разработку модифицированного дорожного битума, который планируется поставлять на экспорт.
На предприятии прошло выездное заседание инвестиционного совета при губернаторе. Руководители области ознакомились с производством. «Метаклэй» работает под контролем ОАО «РОСНАНО». Только в Карачеве производят российские наносиликаты и полимерные нанокомпозиты. Большая их часть используется в производстве защитного покрытия труб для газовой отрасли. В 2014 году брянское предприятия заняло 20 процентов российского рынка антикоррозионных покрытий для газопроводных труб большого диаметра, а в течение 2015 года намерено отвоевать половину рынка. Среди потребителей – заводы «Газпром», Челябинский трубопрокатный завод, Волжский трубопрокатный, Выксунский металлургический. На строительстве газопровода «Сила Сибири» тоже используются материалы из Карачева.
Как сказал инвестиционный директор ОАО УК «РОСНАНО» Сергей Вахтеров, проект сегодня находится на особом контроле у руководства госкомпании и расценивается как яркий пример создания высокотехнологичного производства на основе достижений отечественной науки. Без импортных компонентов ЗАО «Метаклэй» успешно конкурирует с крупными зарубежными компаниями, а в чем-то даже обогнал их. Завод в этом году планирует увеличить мощность производства вдвое, для чего потребуется 800 миллионов рублей.
– Предприятие, которое растет и развивается, дает рабочие места и пополняет казну. Кроме того, в Карачеве серьезно работают над импортозамещением, – сказал глава области Александр Богомаз.
Обсужден еще один проект, он касается переработки отходов. Цех, расположенный в Большом Полпине, перерабатывает 150 тысяч тонн мусора в год. Теперь руководство компании намерено приступить к переработке и утилизации нефтешламмов, биологических отходов и автомобильных шин. Александр Богомаз высказался за проведение в Брянске заседания «круглого стола» на эту тему.
