В Севастополе созвали «большой рекламный совет».
Проблемой «рекламного» и «градостроительного» мусора, а также архитектурной чистоты и целостности города будет заниматься специальный совет. Первое его заседание состоялось в эту среду, 30 июля, в местном Доме Правительства.
Среди проблем, которые обсудили члены совета, – общий облик города, рекламные конструкции непонятного назначения, изобилие вывесок и «навязчивой» рекламы в местах, для этого не предназначенных. По словам директора Департамента архитектуры и градостроительства при городском правительстве Игоря Малоземова, инвентаризация проблемных участков «в целом произведена». У властей «есть понимание», с чем именно следует бороться в ближайшее время; положительным примером Малоземов счел постепенное исчезновение по всему городу рекламных растяжек.
Совет принял предварительное решение «и далее работать в выбранном направлении». Среди ближайших задач – избавление от конструкций, установленных незаконным образом, уменьшение общего количества рекламных носителей, а также, в перспективе, – открытие сети велосипедных парковок. Последнее станет еще одним шагом по направлению к «экологическому Севастополю».
