В дом 22А на проспекте Гагарина приезжают новые жильцы. Их квартира на первом этаже. Решают строить пристройку. Да причём не 2-3 кв.м, а сразу 40 метров – по принципу: Чё мелочиться! Стройка в палисаде начинается с нещадного уничтожения растительности. Срубленное дерево, кустарники, ветви сваливаются здесь же под окнами. Соседи в ужасе: всё, что они любовно высаживали, холили-лелеяли 40 лет, ушло под пилу “новых хозяев”, которые безапелляционно присвоили себе право распоряжаться общей придомовой территорией. Самострой и беспредел связанный с этим, – тема рассказа на другом сайте. А здесь лишь скажем, что снимок свалки в палисаде датирован 10 апреля. И за полтора месяца ни хозяева, ни их строители, ни Жилсервис-5 и не подумали её убрать! Ответ на замечание обескураживает ничуть не меньше, чем само вызмозглое и наглое строительство: “Зачем убирать. Вот закончим стройку…”
За это время мусора под окнами действительно прибавилось …

Алена, на самом деле не совсем так. Вы правы в том, что сегодня действительно официально некуда вывозить древесные отходы, однако на практике их достаточно давно вывозят на несанкционированную свалку в Юхариной балке.Размеры и значимость данной свалки сегодня настолько существенны, что в начале апреля этого года председатель СГГА Владимир Яцуба поставил задачу навести там порядок и организовать там пункт приема и переработки древесного мусора.Затея с одной стороны интересная, только смущает два момента:1. До чего же дошли наши чиновники, что они вынуждены “узаконивать” незаконно появившиеся свалки?2. Будут ли организации, привыкшие свозить туда древесные отходы даром, платить деньги за въезд на полигон (а плата будет установлена в обязательном порядке). Или они найдут себе другую опушку, где можно будет продолжать безнаказанно избавляться от древесных отходов. Как показывает практика, расчитывать на их сознательность нельзя.
В этой ситуации радует только одно: по статистике дерево (опилки, куски дерева, стружки, спички) составляют лишь 0,5-3,5% от общей массы отходов Севастополя. Поэтому нам остается продолжать борьбу и надеятся на то, что до победы мы в горах гнилых деревьев не утонем.

Однако, на самом деле, то, что древесные отходы (между прочим, не только) многие перевозчики свозили в Юхарину балку, связано, в основном, с их желанием сэкономить.
